People seem to forget that if it wasn't for Microsoft and it's drive with the xbox and xbox 360, gamers would still be stuck with the obsolete ps2..
I played a total of about 5 hours on the game and it's been collecting dust since..
Do you not remember Sony showing that dreaded boomerang and in desperation once Nintendo announced their system, announced a controller based on the ps2 controller with.. Motion control. Minus the rumble... ??

It's a great console and good value for money. Games are fab, using it as a media center piece is good and easy and the xbox live stuff is great. I think the price drop had a big part to play towards the end of 2008..

Anyway, the only way I think mobiles will really take a step forward would be if they took a step back to crash-proof software...
There are more of them, more games on the 360 and the achievements gives the added 'must play' feature that keeps people hooked.
But 2009 will be alot closer..

This is the top games being played by Xbox owners whilst logged into xbox live.
If it was about online gaming, you'd find that almost all of Halo3 is online play.. And you'd also see TFC up on that list..
This also puts into question the claim regarding 'Call of Duty: World at War'.. How much is that people playing single player campaign??
Can't you just create a temporary account for free anyway, off a free email address somewhere and use that?
